What Are Limits And How Do They Work?

  • Updated

Account Limits are self-imposed limits that you can set to monitor your play on Fubo Sportsbook.

You can limit the amount of time spent gaming with Fubo Sportsbook, limit deposit and wager amounts, or if needed, take a break from gaming.

Account Limits are available in your Account Settings. For details on setting account limits, see this article.

What account limits are available?

Choose an option below to learn more about ways to safely limit your play:

Deposit Limit

Deposit limits are intended to limit the amount of money you can deposit into your account during a specified time period. You can decrease your deposit limit at any time and it will take place immediately, however, you must wait until the established time period has passed for limit increases to take effect.

Example: If you set a weekly deposit limit and want to increase that limit, you would need to wait at least one week for the change to take effect.

Stake Limit

Stake limits will restrict the amount you can wager over a given time period.

Session Limit

To restrict the amount of time per day playing on Fubo Sportsbook, you can set a session time limit. You must specify the amount of time you would like to play for, and submit the request.

You can take a break with a Timeout by temporarily pausing deposits and wagering on your account. Timeouts can last from 3 days to 6 months. Once a timeout has expired, your account will automatically reactivate.

There are no limits on the number of timeouts you can take.

Self-exclusion allows you to suspend your account while taking a break from wagering. When you opt into self-exclusion, all upcoming wagers will be canceled, and you will not be able to access your Fubo Sportsbook account.

Additionally, your account will also be unsubscribed from any communication lists within 24 hours, and will last for the duration of your self-exclusion period.
