Do I Have To Pay Taxes On My Fubo Winnings?

  • Updated

Yes. If you have net earnings of $600 or more on Fubo over the course of the year, you may have to pay taxes on your winnings. If you have won more than $600 over the previous calendar year, expect to receive a 1099 Tax Form in the mail, which we are required to file with the IRS.

If you have any questions regarding your net earnings, please contact our Customer Care Team. Regulations of who must file a 1099 will change by state.

We strongly recommend that you consult with a tax professional when preparing your taxes. You may need to report your winnings even if you do not receive a 1099 and if nothing is withheld.
